okbaet Terms & Conditions — User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and okbaet ("okbaet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://okbaet.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the okbaet service — you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; (c) you are not prohibited from participating in online gaming by any applicable law, regulation, court order, or employer policy; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. okbaet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including upon registration, before processing withdrawals, or when required by applicable regulations. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine national ID (PhilSys), passport, driver's license, SSS card, UMID card, and postal ID. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account termination.

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the okbaet Platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all accounts. 3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your okbaet account and must keep this information updated at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information — including using a false name, date of birth, address, or mobile number — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okbaet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify okbaet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Transfers. okbaet accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, lease, or otherwise transfer your account or any funds held therein to any other person. Any attempted transfer will be void, and the account may be suspended.

3.5 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. okbaet reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified via registered email before any dormancy fee is applied.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the okbaet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Amounts displayed on-site are in Philippine Peso unless otherwise expressly stated.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. okbaet currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and cryptocurrency (USDT and BTC). okbaet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Once KYC is complete, withdrawal requests are generally processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours. okbaet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. 4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. okbaet reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if: (a) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (b) required KYC documents have not been provided; (c) active bonus wagering requirements have not been met; or (d) an investigation into a possible breach of these Terms is ongoing.

4.6 Player Funds. Player funds are held separately from operational funds and are maintained in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Funds deposited to your okbaet account are not interest-bearing.

5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by okbaet are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings attributable to it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. okbaet employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk covering bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, and colluding with other players. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses cancelled, winnings voided, and the account suspended or terminated.

5.4 Promotional Changes. okbaet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion before a modification will have their participation governed by the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by regulatory directive.

5.5 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional offers are limited to one per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the okbaet Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer studios that comply with applicable gaming standards. Game outcomes are determined by chance, and okbaet does not guarantee any specific outcome or return.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. 6.4 Disconnections. okbaet is not responsible for losses arising from internet disconnections, device failures, or power outages on the player's end during gameplay. Where a disconnection occurs mid-round in a table game or slot, the game engine will complete the round according to its rules upon reconnection. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection before commencing play.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbaet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment credentials; chargebacks; identity fraud; or any other form of financial deception.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds obtained through illegal activity. okbaet is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant Philippine authorities under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbaet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

11.3 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, okbaet's total aggregate liability to you arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your okbaet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 No Warranty. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbaet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, or freedom from errors.

12.1 Termination by okbaet. okbaet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) okbaet is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) okbaet reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) okbaet ceases to offer services in your jurisdiction.

12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked. Any bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited. Any legitimate cash balances (i.e., funds not subject to forfeiture under these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and applicable withdrawal processing timelines.

13.3 PAGCOR Regulatory Oversight. To the extent that any dispute falls within the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR, the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures shall apply. Players may escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's prescribed complaint procedures.

13.4 Limitation Period. Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year of the date on which the claim arose. Claims not filed within this period are permanently barred.

14.1 Right to Amend. okbaet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in applicable law or regulation, changes to the Platform's features and services, or adjustments to okbaet's operational policies.

14.2 Notification. Where changes to these Terms are material, okbaet will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material changes may be made without advance notice.
